Lost currencies while gathering at suramar

Hey guys, any idea how to come around this? My whole mail is flooded of this. Ancient mana and herbs ( not sure why herbs are not picked up?). Anyone exdperiencing these problems?

Your Ancient mana cap is full and you have to spend it.

I assume you have to do WQ prequests in order to be able to spend ancient mana at all, no? Also one should get its cap increased too as it fills extremely quick. Are there any bots that could do such quests? If i remember right wow legion Q pack had option for suramar quests but thats not longer there. Any suggestions how to get rid of my current problem guys?
