Hello, Im a customer for about 1 year.

Im trying to login now and Im getting the authentication error, tried to recover my password in shop.buddymaster but it says "Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again"

Can you check if there is something wrong with my account?

did you used to login with a key? or username and password? (to honorbuddy.exe not the site)

last time that I login, it was with username and password (many months ago...)
