LOS on non-hostile mob

I am having a problem with non-hostile mobs (the ones with yellow name tags) where the bot targets the mob and try’s to attract but the mob is out of line of sight the character will just stand there not doing anything after trying for a few seconds to get the mob to move in to LOS. It never does skip the mob and move on. Please advice on how to fix this problem.

Saw that happen as well. Unable to find a log right now, but I did see it on object crowded areas.
