Looks like a soft ban I daresay. Though there is a recognized bug that is going on too, I dont have the link handy, might I suggest closing it out completely and then killing the session, wait about 15 min then try again? Let me know if anything changes otherwise you might be stuck waiting for a bugfix on it.

Pokeservers are down from time to time. It can happen that you reach them via mobile but not from home etc.

This is a bot issue... Im not soft banned. It doesnt switch pokestops after it loots one there a problem with the bto
