Looting Pokestops is failing

Anyone else having this issue? My bot is trying to loot Pokestops but fails everytime.
 
Also, everything that I run into flees, soon used up all my balls.. what is happening?
 
For some reason the bot has picked up eggs from the pokestops, but no balls etc.
