Looting Pokestop Issues

Hi there

I just purchased this bot today and its working fine. The only issue I have is when I logged in. It just moving around pokestop and tried to loot it many time then it got issue looting failed. I did click on take a break and moving between GYM and Pokestop and seem not working.

Does anyone has same issue and got the solution?
