Looting icon is gray!!

I am getting problem that after some time after using grind bot he cant loot any mobs, I try it manualy but having problem aswell, I come to the mob and looting icon is gray all the time, then I relog and can loot normal again. Please help.

just go into your wow folder and repair. In the long run what happened is your computer and the wow serve arent in sync so wow thinks the mob is one place and your computer is showing you another there for you cant loot.
