Loot while actually playing

I was just wondering if it was possible to run DB while actually playing, without a DB profile and just have DB check dropped loot to see if the loot matches a 'Loot Rules' and pick up the loot. Just make my act2/3 farms faster when i devote my weekends to slacking off and being lazy.

Try this profile:

</Profile>

You can also change the KillMonsters to True, and use GileSmith's auto upgrade plugin. This allows you to just run around while DB kills things and upgrades your gear.
