Loot over inventory cap?

Alright first of all a big thanks to the staff and their work.
Anyway I used this program for the first time yesterday worked like a charm. First of all I did not use Inventory Recycle settings yesterday. This morning when I woke up I noticed on my phone I had 750~ / 350 stuff. So this morning I tried to settup the Recycle setting and it seems like it doesn't recycle at all?

if I understand this right all over for example "Pokeball and keep" should trash everything over 40 balls right?
and "Greatball an keep"

All I want to keep is the Lucky Egg, Incense and all the balls.

Still the same problem, and it's the lastest "client."
Been clearing the casche folder with the "setting" file in.
