yes, because it wont be able to pick the quest item it needs it will just keep grinding forever.

Is there any way to do so it doesnt loot random mobs with no Quest items? Since its just bags full of crap.

no theres not, you can always use a plugin or addon to remove the crap from your bags.

at least on Kick's profiles

I think I've tried it with looting off while using Kick's and there was no issue with grabbing quest items. However, If you use hb relog then you will have problems unless you go edit the profile and change loot mobs to false.
