Loot Item Rules Question

Do I remove the "DefaultItemRules" And replace it with a new loot rule? Or do I keep it in there? And keep another loot rule in there aswell?

Example: I have 2 files: DefaultItemRules and Salvage59-60SellEverythingElse in there.

Once you load DB go to the settings tab. You will see "Item Rule Set" Change that file path from the default one to whatever item set you want.
