Loot Filter

I want to farm rare pets for some extra cash. But with all the profiles i find. (i dont want to make my own) they loot EVERYTHING. How can i make a loot filter where it will only loot the pet or whatever i want it to for example, i go to northrend want to farm frostweave cloth or something i dont want the bot to pick up all the loot only this. How can i do it from a already made profile that i download?

lootfilter can delete crap loot after looting
it cant make your char to stop looting

How can i change the lootfilter? Open the file with notepad right? and then just make the changes and save it or something?
