Looking to buy, few questions.

Hey mates, looking to purchase honorbuddy but have a couple questions;

1. Does this support private servers?
2. (Partly 1.) Can I use this on Nostralius PVP server 1.12.1 1-60 realm? If so, which profile?
3. I already have a toon (level 10) is it best to start again from level 1 or can I carry on with my level 10?
