Yes i agree with you telling him off. But i can't take someone saying "ffs kid, grow up" as a mature adult.

this guy has got 4 accs on permanent ban on our forum
and he is still making new accs and he is still having the same behaviour
in my opinion,yes, he have to grow up

IP bans are not very effective because a lot of people have a dynamic IP address, meaning it changes everytime they restart their router.
