Looking fora reliable VPN

I don't know much about vpn provider but most of them are provider to hide yourself from goverment like "hide my ass" (or something like this).

But well they are realy expensive and you aren't looking for something lowering your ping.
I would recommand just to buy a very cheap virtual vpn server (something about 2-3 €) and install "OpenVPN" and configure it.
You wouldn't need more and it seems much cheaper than these services. You can also try to ssh wow but...

I would recommand OpenVPN. There are several Guides for each distribution , so there should be much problems ;-)
