Looking for some profile creation assistance

Since the profiles I've tried using for 1-75 herb/mining aren't working all that great, I really need to make my own. Now, I was looking for a good guide on these forums, but haven't found one. I'd rather not play trial and error, and could use some assistance here with advice on exactly how to create a profile. Thanks very much.

set recording ms between 2800-3000 and you should be ok
press "start recording" and lead your char
