Looking for professions on my new toon (for combination with druid herbalist/miner)

Hi fellow buddies!

I recently bought a one year pass for Honorbuddy and I currently have a lvl 90 druid herbing and mining her way in Pandaria.
Because of the risk of putting mass herbs and ore on the AH and also hoping to make some more money, I'm now leveling a DK to 80 for two extra professions at Zen master level.

Now my question to you is, which ones should I take? I hear inscription being thrown around often, and perhaps jewelcrafting? And I heard someone talking about shoulder enchants?

Could someone tell me what the best two professions are to combine with herbalism and mining and how to best make profit from the combination?

It would be much appreciated!

So basically I could just teach him JC and Inscr and just mill and prospect?
How about milling the herbs and selling the shoulder enchants to vendors, is that still viable or has it already been nerfed by blizz?
