Looking for lua programmer

What I need is a plug-in that pulls packs off a plot, loads them into a hauler, then takes them from point A to point B. Would someone be willing to accept a commission to make a plug-in that does this or a modification of the trade runner that already exists? I'll need it to have anti-collision/anti-afk so it doesn't afk or run into another hauler.
