Looking for information before I buy

So I am just wondering what things you need to run the program and the purpose they are used for. I am looking for something that will quest have a wide range of class and something to help with pvp rotation. Is this all in one program I noticed there was many diff programs and its all a little confusing.

Also the price do i just buy the one and it does everything or do i need to buy diff ones?

Oh ok, I was hoping there was something to do my damage rotation in arena. There is nothing of that kind ?
