Looking for help with requesting refund

Hey there
Within the last 24 hours, I purchased the one month access to the pokemon go bot, however I haven't been able to use it yet (not sure why).. During this time I've reconsidered my purchase, and therefore reevaluated the whole thought of botting. My question to you guys is this - does this company provide refunds, even when the purchase has been done within 24 hours, or is it just too bad?

For some of you, you may as well say "it's just € 3.95..", and while this is true, this is just a basic principle of mine. I've bought something, and I've been left unsatisfied with the product just as the logic applies into items, you purchase IRL from the stores.

Absolutely. All Buddy products have a 7-day no questions asked refund policy. Bossland GmbH only wants satisfied customers, and literally no questions are asked. Your money will be returned, and your access to the Buddy product terminated.

To initiate the process, request a refund in the BosslandGmbH Customer Service website, or at [email protected]. Please provide your invoice number, and the email address you used to purchase the Buddy bot in the communique. The front office watches this daily for customer issues regarding payments, authorization, and access. They will process your request once it is seen.

Since Bossland GmbH uses a third-party order processing system, it may take a few days, but rest assured your money is on its way..

Thank you for such a great response. I wish you a nice day, and I can see that the buddy community is still nicer than ever (used to be a part of the demonbuddy community with Diablo III :-) )

Just to inform you - This is a very normal process for any type of bot/macro for any online game.

Things change in games, updates are made, sometimes specifically for bots, sometimes simple patches can interfere as well. I take it this is your first time purchasing a bot and have not experienced this before, but this happens for literally every single game out there which still has consistent development.

I have personally gotten a refund for one of their bots on another game which was not usable due to it not working on a different region (not available for me) of the same game through PayPal. You can try there.

Or just man up and wait for the new update. Your choice.
 
Hey Diaco9000,

You could do what xMasterPandax sayd or you could wait a day or two to see what happens, Niantic recently updated the game so the devs are now working on the bot so we can use it again it may be today or even could be tomorrow who knows all we know is that Bossland never lets its customers down and that they will add the time you couldent use your bot back so you still had the original time the first time it stopped working.
 
I understand your point Diaco, and to some point i agree with your logics of "rl". I do however also believe in loyalty, and taking that you are new to the buddy, i will give you my experience of it.
I've been using bosslands products with various games and for now many years, and i have never ever felt unsatisfied...
I also got the pokefarm bot for 4-5 days ago, and it work perfect right out of the box. In these 2-3 first days, i went from level2 to level 19 and got alllllooot of pokemons. It was just brilliant.
Unfortunatly the bot stopped working after the game updated, but then again, this happened in every other game, like wow. Everytime a bigger patch came out, there was always a little down time. And its the same here.
I guess what i'm telling u is that your joinning time sucked, yes, but the guyz behind these projects kick ass, i would show them a little faith...
 
Yeah pretty stupid if you bought it last night and already want a refund because you cannot use the bot today lmao..... Get real... If you want to bot, then be patient, this is normal for ANY botting on ANY game.............. It hasnt even been down for 24 hours yet and you already got kids freaking out for $3 refunds lmao
