I am looking for an LFR profile that leaves after Kargath has been killed and queues again immediatly. I prefer a heal profile that deals no damage to the boss nor the adds.
The reason why I am looking for such a profile is because I think as a healer it might be quite lucrative considering the Kargath loot bug. If you don't deal any damage to him or his adds, not loot him and leave the raid you will get your itemdrop per mail.
Then you're going to disenchant it for ~700 gold. So, even if you would get 2 items per hour = ~1400 gold it would be benificial in comparison to the Gundrak/Drak'Tharon profile for example.
