Looking for "always started" simple HB plugin

I need a plugin what will check all the time status of HB bot and if it is stoped for some reason plugin will just press "start" button in like 10 seconds. I will be very grateful for writing this for me Also i am looking for person, who can write demanded plugins and profiles on constant basis for paypal or webmoney.
