Looking for advice! best way to start out my goldfarming account

Hello guys, I was able to obtain a month card and renew my old account that has no toons, and all expansions up to cataclysm.
I was wondering what your opinions would be for the best possible ways for me to get started in using it as a goldfarming account. Any tips I would need to know, which realms work best, which toons level up fastest and using which method, which level to start farming, how to transfer the gold without getting banned.

Some really useful information would be:
Which Class
Which professions
Which leveling method

remember, my account only has expansions up to cataclysm, if i were to get mists of pandaria it would have to be from gold made through this method.

To gold, does it matter which class levels faster?
Paladin, druid and dks have movement speed. Druids can herb without exiting flight form. I guess Paladin and DKs level fastest of those.
Herb/mining.
Quest/bg.

Later on, expand and get inscription/alchemy/jc/enchanting.

I didn't know if class was something that a goldfarmer would take into consideration or not, so I should make a toon that mines+herbs first or..?

I guess the question would be what is the best way to go about making my very first goldfarming toon, if i have the ability to create deathknights they will probably be the fastest. Also, which level do you start mining/herbing at.

and what exactly do you sell with the inscription/jc/alchemy/enchanting? Do people make those glyphs + prospect + potions + enchanting scrolls?

I would say DK 1st, Paladin, Druid, Hunter.

Professions 1st: mining herb
2nd: Alch/Inscrip
3rd: JC/Enchanting

Fastest way to level is RAF if you dont have that then go with kicks 1-90 profile for questing. I'd recommend a grinding profile for 85-90 though because not 100% afk otherwise
