Looking for a spec with only instants.

I am looking for a spec that preferably has no casts or channeling spells to use at it's full potential. Just instants.

The reason I am asking is that I tried vigilance with the pure swtor routine, in warzones, and master strike or ravage, never activated.

Your best bet is to take a routine you like and alter it to fit your needs.
There a lot of good examples on the net on how to spec and what rotation should be like.
