just change the settings and lower the item score to basically 0?

Giles's stash loot rule completely satisfies my farming needs

do i have to change the loot rule im using now or does the plugin do it automatically?

you dont have to change the loot rule but you should just in case factor
there are instructions at the plugin.

the stash replacer should act as a loot rule, but make sure you download the giles world object handler and disable the loot rule for the stash replacer to act as a loot rule.
