Looking fer a little help

so its been a few years since i last ran a bot ( HonorBuddy) and ive just started back up fer demonbuddy..im in the proccess of relearning how to set up profiles and start up, now this is as far as i get and my mind goes blank..can anyone help me (Warning this could be the easiest fix ever and my question could be seen as stupid lol)

Diablo III is running but no build supported by Demonbuddy detected, was there a patch?
