LoN bombardment crusader help

So after creating my dmo wiz i saw alot of ppl saying that the LoN bombardment crusader was better. After getting some decent gear im barely managing to do 50s where as i did 75s on my dmo wiz. I looked for trinity settings ppl use and couldnt find any.

So could some1 please help me with settings or link me to a thread with settings i would really appreciate it

Do you happen to know if his cooldown reduction number is mandatory? Or is it ok if im above it

Be at 60% or above. Less means you go out of sync w/ CoE which means you basically use Physical/Bombardment half as much.

Yeh thats what i thought, im at 61.6 and wasnt sure if i needed the exact same ammount or if just anything above was better. Thanks Im already doing 70s and im missing ancient boots hexing pants ancient belt, shoulders, and gloves. My dmo wiz was fully geared and barely doing 75s lol
