Check it out...they are trying to organize witch hunts.

Funny to watch them spend so much energy on us when really they'll probably just knock out the competition.

I'll also laugh hardily when they realize that their server economy has tanked because no one is farming and those that are sell herbs and such for a fortune.
 
I guess im out of the loop where did you hear of a so called witch hunt?
or are you speaking of your server?

I was watching my protection paladin farm in TH last night when another paladin on alliance started attacking me (i'm horde), I watched it using basic convalesce CC that came with HB download and it killed the dude.. nearly laughed my ass off. The guy was in some heroic blues (5mans) and was also protection but I put my protection paladin in full crafted resilience gear with blue offsets, mace/shield.. after that he just would /sigh me whenever I'd get to a node before him, I guess he didnt want to waste his time anymore. I bet he was surprised when my bot did more than "stand there"

To think the paladin CCs dont even use inquisition and such, and he still lost. I dont have ninja node checked on either.

A few quotes that made me laugh

When I report possible botters, I always suggest a quick litmus test where the offending character is teleported somewhere else to see how they react. Real players will hearth and refigure where to farm. Bots on the other hand probably won't even notice. They farm copper as well as they farm elementium I'd suspect.

Kill a Bot once and it rezes not at it's corpse but at a local graveyard, mounts up and hovers as it waits for sickness to go away and then farms again.

The best part of that thread... is how they assume how a bot acts. 99% of the ways they say they KNOW its a bot is exactly how normal players play alot of time LOL

The best one is when the person says that he acts like a bot as much as possible because its the best way to farm for mats (I do this also when not botting) because there are too many people who report everyone in their zone for being bots in hopes it will clear the area out.
 
Hahahahaha this is funny as hell. I love seeing ppl try to explain something that they know nothing about to other ppl who know nothing about it. Then you get those ppl who claim that they have reported 30 bots in a month and a half. As long as those are the morons who we have to worry about reporting us then i fell a LOT safer.
 
Now there are people on the thread admiting they bot :) and giving their 'justifiable' reasons :)

Like i posted on another thread, a blue poster on the actual Blizz boards made a statement to someone who admitted they go after boters that they are surprised the botter hasn't reported them for harassment yet. I know that if I get harrassed and accused of being a botter by someone I'm going to do it just for the shits and grins and see what happens.. hell it'd be worth the suspension/ban to se if they actually check it out :)
 
I like how one person says if they get suspension they just claim hacked.. sounds like a good idea but I'd be too worried they'd look into my account or linked accounts further, had it happen when I bought the wrong justice point necklace on my mage which had my auction house toons on the same account..

I mean do people get hacked that much? I could see it making more sense that these "hacked accounts being used to farm carelessly" are more like "accounts with proxies that, should they be suspended, be claimed as hacked"
 
Most of the accounts that are hacked are just stripped down to nothing with in a few minutes. When they hack you they dont have much time before you find out so they dont worry about farming. I had an account that was hacked and i was actually impressed with how thorough they are with getting every last cent they can. My toons where stripped down to nothing including bank bags where even sold and they even used my honor points for gems and so on. Of course i was mad but still impressed. I had a friend who got hacked 3 days in a row and on the last one they renamed his hunters pet lolhacked. I couldnt help but laugh when he showed me that.
 
Yeah I don't think the hackers use the account for much more than gold transfer and spamming these days. They go down so fast now.
 
Ha, that was the best laugh I've had all day. I love how all of us botters took over that thread, and the topic starter just stopped commenting. Lawl....

Get a haircut.
Get a job or educate yourself.
Maybe get some friends aswell.

This persecution against botters is ridiculous and just because of this I?ll expand my bot army.

I made an account on that site just to point out the fact that FlairDevil's Epic post on there was amazing and all of the bot hatters just ignored it.

TBH I wish ppl that are posting there explaining how bots are better than the hunters think... would just stop posting... Why tell them what to look for? let them keep hunting shit coded bots while we keep on botting without getting spotted.

I agree with you 100% keep this shit to yourself, stop giving advice on what and how to catch and mess a Bot up. Help our dev’s by staying quite
