Logout or Close game client method

Any way to initiate a log out to character select screen? Also, is there a way to close the game client completely?

LeaveWorldToCharacterSelect() - Leave to CharacterSelect
CloseGame() - Leave from game
LeaveCharacterSelectToWorldSelect() - Leave from CharacterSelect to World Select
TerminateGameClient() - Force terminate game client.
