Logout for inactivity

What does it do exactly? Is it logout when there's no combat/movement detected? if yes so how long does it takes until the feature will log my toon out of the game ? thanks.

basically if it fails to move, so if it gets stuck somewhere then it can get triggered.

what if my toon is stuck with the profile?? i mean like runto xyz but my toon just stand there its not blocked by any object will it trigger the feature?
