I think we all understand and have read that thread bt it also says "intermitent" and not wide spread - right now the login servers are 100% down, issuing TCP resets as if the login daemon itself is not responding at all.
my side sends a Syn, I receive a Syn ACK, I send push/ack - to prepare for data being sent, and then get a reset from your server...
I am happy to send you the TCP conversation either from my client or from an intermediary switch but there is no communication coming back from your servers at all other than the RST...
