Login Issues "Access Denied"

I cant login to HB i am getting an error report that states:

Access to path 'C:\Users\Josh\Documents\My Video's is denied.

Yes i am logged in as admin and here is the log:

its a windows error that pops,i cant see an error on that log file

tried to move Hb folder on another place?
like your desktop or something?
it seems tha the access is limited on that folder

Ye it is on my desktop thats where i always keep it, but i was messing with the mesh path before this happend

so there is no Hb stuff on "My videos" folder?

tried to make a new Hb installation from scratch?

Go into HB folder and delete settings folder, you have probably put mesh download path to my videos wich gives an access denied and HB cant access the mesh files = crash
