Login help

So I just bought my Elite package and when I log in now it ask for Shop password, so I put it in but then it just says.

I'm putting the key in as the username, and my buddyauth.com password.

Sorry I fixed it, I had a space at the end of the key that was causing it to ask for my password, when I took the space away I didn't need the password.
