Login failure on a specific computer

Getting this kind of error on a new computer: Intel core i5 2300, 8gb RAM, Gforce 450, Windows 7 HP x64:

I only get this error on one of my 3 computers. Also error sending program doesn't work.

Problem solved by disabling DirectX11 Api, and switching back to DirectX9
