Login failed Too many sessions are currently active.

I can't login to the buddy service.. it says: "Too many sessions are currently active."

Even tho in: Buddy Auth Portal it says there are none.

Can u please help me ?

Exact same thing for me, was just coming to post my issue, must be a system glitch if its more than one person experiencing this.

Logged into buddy portal tried to see if any active sessions where running, nothing and no way to kill it if it doesn't show as running

check for any Hb ghost process in task manager

there are no ghost processes , i got another account for 1 session and it works perfect! I've seen in another post u sent a new password to smb and it worked.

I have the same message.

I left my HB running at my work computer and now that I am home I am getting this message. BuddyAuth dot com shows no active sessions for me to kill, like I did in the past.
Any suggestions?

restart your machine and try again

the fact you cant see running HB3 sessions is normal
