Hello!

When i try to start the bot i get an error message where it says "Login failed
Too many sessions are currently active. Your key only permits 1 simultaneous uses of Honorbuddy."

I do not have any bots active, and when i look at buddyauth it cant find any active sessions (See print) Gyazo - 9eadebc30d87de6e37f20b8433fa8a65.png

I've tried
  • Restarting my PC several times
  • Reinstalled HonorBuddy
  • Contacting support

I've had the problem for around 15-16 hrs now.

the only way to get that message is when someone else is using the key
 
Hey. It was the same problem, the morning started normally, but after a couple of hours when you restart issued the same message that the bot is already in use and does not provide for more than one session. After checking in Buddy Auth I found no other sessions, but the message will still appear. Oddly,in spite of this in the first post, I helped restart the computer...

I will not give my key! maybe you do it !? and now you are trying to throw the blame on us?
 
HB3 wont show any active sessions when running,thats how it works
 
Strange coincidence that several people in one day the same thing happened.
 
Same for me but apparently we are sharing keys... at least if u ask Tony.

If this doesn't fix it will refund and write a long letter to PayPal.


as already stated 2 posts above when using HB3 you are not able to see running sessions
if you cant use the key it means someone else is using it,in that case contact support requesting to change your key

I did that. But they are just telling me to make a post on the forum.
 
Tony, do you seriously think 4 people gets the same "bug" at the exact same time by coincidence?

Fix this, I want 2 days extra since I havent been able to use it for 2 days.
 
Finally got a new key that works from the support.

For all of u who have the same bug: Ask for a new key in support.
