Login failed Support for this key has expired.

I hope someone can explain this for me please, when i first bought this i was told this " this Key has 1 Sessions and lasts 3600 Days from the time of first use." that was in 2012 when i click on subscriptions it said it expire in 2014?

And suggestions on why or what this is about?
