Login failed error

Just came back after 5 years of not playing and I must say honorbuddy has come a long way since the old days. I just bought a 1 week key for now to get back into the hang of it but when I load honorbuddy and wow, this is the error I get. Any ideas? what am I doing wrong?

Once new build is ready for Download, the older ones are blocked if the change is security-based.
