Login fail - the key you enter is not a honorbuddy key

hey guys

i got a lifetime key ... but when i enter it it say "login fail - the key you entered is not a honorbuddy key."
im not connecting about a proxy and im using the actual honor buddy client for DE users

how to fix it?
