Login Details Invalid

Hey
Ive purchased a one day trial a few days ago, i tried it then and it didnt work when i tried to login to the client with my username and the key provided to me by email. Forums said they were having authentication problems.

im trying again today and it still says invalid account details, authentication failed.

What do i do? this is really annoying me.
