Logic Rules not work

Hi All!

I set up my Logic Rules. Start the bot, but catch all pokemons.

I want to catch pokemons, that have better then 79 IV.

What is the problem?

It does not work for me either. I think its buggy, but maybe it is indended. I did not read any confirmations regarding this issue.
