logic rules - catch - disabling it doesn't work

hello,

I don't want to catch some kind o f pokemons so i removed catch rule from them

as in attachement I'm catching tentacool but it's catching is disabled, rules in the .json file to be renamed.

Can you take a screenshot of your tentacool logic settings if you dont mind

add a rule for "don't catch", maybe this is the problem?
