Logic Rule for Favoritizing Pokemon

I think an additional type of Logic Rule for favoritizing pokemon would be very helpful.

One could not only use it to turn pokemons with high IV into favorites but also those with LVL 1 (if that option is added to the logic rule conditions) or CP below 15 for bubblestrat purposes.

I like the idea of this if i'm honest. Being able to auto favorite Pokemon with IV 95-98+ as a general rule would be a very useful.

Given the amount of suggestions, and bug fixes we have had to do, and not even including the API updates we had to deal with, its kept us pretty busy. I do not have an exact ETA for you, but it's being reviewed. We just need some time my friend, and please keep in mind (while I doubt this is the case with this idea) not every suggested feature makes the cut.
