Logging into HB, get attached, but can't do anything.

As the title says, this is what appear in my HB window when am logging it, it was for about 2 months ago this started happen, but I've been busy recently, so really never bothered with it.
Can't really attach any log, cause i don't get far enough into the program that it create any log. So the text above is the only thing i see. But the "Start" button is all grayed out.
And the loading of everything profiles and such does not appear.
What's going on?
