Logging into DB failed max sessions

hi guys

just bought a key... but when i start up DB and put in the key and click on login then the program wont work anymore and says finding a solotion for the problem and shuts down then ill try again and then it says max sessions and autenthication failed

i have turn off my computer but and started DB agian same story program shuts down en then when ill try again max sessions and autenthication failed not seems to work ...and the other thing that i treid is finding program running on back but cant find it

On buddy auth i cant find my key anywere ....i got it in my email but not in buddy auth
