Is it likely that blizzard would ban people that connect to both US and EU server with same d3 account?

Not sure if I should bot on 2 accounts or on 3 accounts. Currently I have 2 accounts with lvl 60s but got 3 demonbuddy licenses.
I dont want to be banned if I can avoid it, so not sure if it is bad or not to be logged in on both US and EU at same time.

It feels like a very easy thing to detect and feels like it is against the TOS since it would allow 3 players to use the same account, just that they cant play with each other.

If you are afraid of being banned, then don't bot at all lol. Even though DB minimizes the risk, there is still that chance.

I don't see any reason why Blizzard would ban you for playing on both servers, especially when they don't care if you have multiple accounts. If they did, you could just send them a letter saying that you have friends that play on both, and want to be able to play with both your EU friends and NA friends.

I am just asking to reduce the risk. (if they did want to counter it, they could probably just do a check, although the us and eu servers would have to "talk" to each others then, and they would probably just disable multiple connections from same account or temp ban)

Several connections from 1 account at the same time isnt really a intended thing, and most likely something that they wouldnt like although they might not care about it or not try to do something about it.

Multiple accounts and using several characters at the same time from the same account isnt really the same thing. (different server, but still)
