Try moving the Settings folder out of the HB folder (don't delete it 
)
Then delete 'Cache' and 'CompiledAssemblies'.
Start the bot up again.
Note that you don't keep any settings, but if you get it working you can overwrite the mage settings in the original settings folder and move it back in.
