Log in keeps issuing max sessions notice

I am trying to open up my demonbuddy, but everytime I log in I keep getting a notice that I am at MAX sessions, I am the only person who uses my computer and I haven't shared my info with anyone else. Can someone please help me with this?

It doesn't crash so much as it just keeps saying that I am at max sessions when I haven't even logged into the session

tried to log in portal and kill the session?
