Log, can't start demonbuddy

Just downloaded demonbuddy, can't start using the program, i think the issue is related to GreyMagic.
i've checked out the other threads and followed what steps i can, but doesn't seem to be working still.

Apart from d3 and demonbuddy, I've only installed google chrome, mumble and GeForce experience. I've uninstalled mumble and GeForce and the issue still remains. This is a fresh Windows install on this partition.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

unistalled microsoft visual c++ and restarted pc, downloaded installationwizard, but the .exe keeps closing. i've downloaded it a couple times and it fails to launch. i can't find run as administrator either, i can see it on demonbuddy program itself, but not the BuddyWizard.exe file. any ideas?
