Alright so, im trying to get my key, i changed my email, so the original email with the key, i dont have it. And when I try to log onto BuddyAuth it says my account has been locked due to there being too many failed login attempts. I emailed support about it and they said that my account isnt locked, but I still cant log in. Whats the problem?

And then also, I log into HB, but it doesnt connect, it just stays at "Logging in"

if your auth portal acc is locked you have to reset your pass

Alright so, the email I used for my BuddyAuth, I cant get in anymore. Meaning I cant reset my password. Is there a way I can change my email also?
